Faulty Item Received:
If you receive a faulty item, just click a picture and send it to hello@ovalcart.com along with your order number. If the item delivered to you would be faulty or if it withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.

Not delivered on time: (Refer to COVID-19 Status updates Page in "Quick Links" for the most up-to-date shipping times.)
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from either of our manufacturing units in US; depending on the order demand and design.
We would really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you and let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too, to keep a check on the order status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our Facility. So, if it has already left our facility, it will definitely reach you :)

Wrong size received:
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please write to us so that we can guide you with the process of exchanges as required.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll get it done for you.

I ordered by mistake / I'm no longer interested:
The orders need to be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Because, once it enters order fulfillment process (after 24 hours), its in the 'In Production' stage. Since the order is printed on demand, it cannot be cancelled.

Will you have more designs, styles and products often?
Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products! Be sure to follow us on Facebook and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!
 
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship Worldwide. But, due to the pandemic scenario, we have temporarily restricted our deliveries to US borders and only shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand & Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order? (Refer to COVID-19 Status updates Page in "Quick Links" for the most up-to-date shipping times.)
Shipment times vary as per order & the shipping partner company, so kindly bare with us. We're constantly monitoring the situation and will make further changes if needed. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!  

May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed. 
Email: hello@ovalcart.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the Order number is not your tracking number.
 
Where can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked in the 'Track Order' header link on the homepage by entering the right order number. If delivery is within US, you may refer to USPS website also - Click LINK to track your order on USPS Website.

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order and another when your order is dispatched.  

How can I pay?
We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not necessarily need a PayPal account to make payment. You may proceed to Checkout as Guest also. 

What happens if I type in the wrong address?
 If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out, please email us at hello@ovalcart.com & we will change it to the correct address. But, if it has already been dispatched, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

Taxes & Duties:
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
